  【Job Summary】
  A distinguished Japanese textile and apparel manufacturing organization is seeking an Assistant Factory Manager for its production facility in Vietnam.
  The company is widely known for delivering premium garments and sock products to international markets, sustaining stable manufacturing operations through active local labor cooperation.
  This key position has been established as a fast-track opportunity to build robust on-site management and secure a reliable internal successor for the current factory director.
  The successful candidate will initially serve as an assistant to the Japanese Factory Manager, taking responsibility for on-site operation support and staff coordination.
  
  This is a potential-based (career-growth) hire, where you are expected to gradually acquire comprehensive plant operations knowledge to assume the full Factory Manager role in the future.

  【Responsibilities】
  - Assist the Japanese Factory Manager in overseeing daily operations and production flows on-site.
  - Monitor production lines, manufacturing schedules, and quality assurance processes of apparel items.
  - Bridge communication between local Vietnamese workers, local managers, and Japanese management.
  - Provide technical guidance, coaching, and supervision to sewing line workers and staff on-site.
  - Motivate local operators and maintain a highly cooperative, productive team atmosphere.
  - Coordinate with the Hanoi administrative office regarding local operational and routine factory procedures.
  - Manage labor-related issues, ensuring smooth communication and conflict prevention on the factory floor.
  - Direct daily safety standard checks and encourage clean, compliant on-site environments.
  - Draft routine operational reports and communicate status updates directly to Japan headquarters.
  - Other related tasks assigned by the factory management or company directors.
