    <Jon Summary>
    As a Sales Engineer / Technical Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in a historic Japanese Factory Automation (FA) and pneumatic equipment manufacturer’s strategic market expansion in Vietnam. While our local manufacturing plant operates under EPE status—with commercial sales currently managed via our regional hub—we are actively laying the groundwork to establish a dedicated local sales entity in Vietnam.

    In this role, your primary target clients will be local distributors and trading companies (B2B). You will be employed by Employer of Record (EOR). Your mission is to provide high-level sales and technical support to empower our distributors and secure future market growth.

    - Distributor Management & Technical Support: Respond to technical and commercial inquiries from existing sales agencies and distributors.
    - Business Development: Drive the development of new distributors, sales agents, and customer accounts around the Ho Chi Minh City area.
    - Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and localized marketing activities to identify potential high-growth segments.
    - Cross-Border Alignment: Participate in technical web conferences and meetings with management in Japan and Thailand to align on requested product specifications.(Note: Transportation for client/distributor visits will be provided via taxi).

Qualifications

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level
    - At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in a trading or manufacturing company

    <Prefer>
    - Knowing Pneumatic equipment or FA
