Qualifications

• Requirement

  <MUST>
  - English proficiency is an obligation to speak and write fluently, and the Japanese language is encouraged.
  - Minimum of 3 years experience in M&E work at the site
  - Experience in the provision of Documents of Design, Bidding, Vietnam Regulation (QCVN), Vietnam Standard, and American Standard NFPA. Especially for Fire Fighting
  - Experience in the design of Industrial Projects, especially in factories and Clean rooms, LEED, Sustainable Development,ect
  The M&E license with Grade I, II would be an advantage.
  - Good design and detailing design Management with capabilities.
  
  <PREFER>
  - Knowledge of B.I.M coordinator would be an advantage.
  - A Tender Preparation Document would be an advantage.
  - Should be fluent with AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
