  - Supervise and manage daily production activities in the assigned production line/department.
  - Ensure production plans are achieved in terms of schedule, quality, and productivity.
  - Manage production personnel, including work assignments, training, and employee performance evaluations.
  - Monitor and enforce compliance with company regulations, occupational safety requirements, and 5S practices in the production area.
  - Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during the production process.
  - Track and improve operational efficiency, reduce defects, and optimize production costs.
