    【Job Summary】
    Responsible for the precision fabrication, maintenance, and modification of metal press molds to ensure high-quality production standards.

    【Main Responsibilities】
    -Mold Fabrication: Create and assemble metal press molds based on technical drawings.
    -Maintenance & Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and emergency repairs of molds to minimize production downtime.
    -Deep Drawing Support: Perform specialized fabrication/repair for deep drawing molds.
    -Quality Control: Inspect mold accuracy and ensure finished parts meet specifications.
    -Troubleshooting: Identify and solve technical issues during the stamping process.
    -Other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -At least 2 years of experience in metal press mold fabrication and modification.
    -Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and use measuring tools.

    【Prefer】
    -Experience with Deep Drawing molds.
    -English: Intermediate level
    -Japanese: N3 level
    -Having experience working for a Japanese company
