    【Job Summary】
    As part of a fast-growing retail pharmacy & drugstore chain in Vietnam, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations across multiple locations, ensuring product availability, preventing stockouts or overstock situations, and supporting promotions and seasonal demands. Your work will contribute directly to operational excellence, cost control, and customer experience.

    【Job detail】
    - Develop and implement inventory management procedures, policies and standards to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely stock control.
    - Maintain and monitor inventory levels for all products (medicines, wellness items, cosmetics, daily necessities etc.), ensuring sufficient stock availability in stores and warehouse while preventing overstock and obsolescence.
    - Receive incoming shipments, perform goods-in inspection, and ensure correct logging of received items into inventory system; coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to allocate proper storage/bin locations.
    - Conduct regular cycle counts, periodic physical stocktakes, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
    - Collaborate with procurement/purchasing teams to forecast demand, plan replenishment orders and define reorder points (min/max) based on sales trends, seasonality and promotional activities.
    - Analyze inventory performance (e.g. stock turnover rate, slow-moving items, aging stock) and propose corrective actions to optimize stock mix and reduce waste.
    - Liaise with store operations and logistics to coordinate transfers between warehouses and retail stores, support stock replenishment, returns, and distribution.
    - Maintain accurate inventory records and support generation of management reports on stock levels, movements, inventory valuation, losses/spoilage and forecast needs.
    - Work with cross-functional teams (store managers, procurement, supply chain, logistics) to ensure alignment of inventory strategy with business goals, promotions, and sales campaigns.
    - Assist in developing and training staff involved in inventory and warehouse operations to ensure best practices and compliance with company standards.
    - Related other tasks.

    - At least 2 years of experience working as a inventory management staff
