    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for working as a Maintenance Leader

    【Job detail】
    - Plan maintenance and repair schedules for mechanical machines.
    - Monitor the operation status of machines and detect abnormal signs early.
    - Repair and troubleshoot breakdowns of CNC automatic/semi-automatic machines (lathe, milling, grinding) and other mechanical processing machines, air compressors, etc.
    - Analyze machine structures, identify root causes, and propose countermeasures to quickly resolve issues when they occur.
    - Manage, guide, and train subordinates.
    - Report maintenance progress and related management activities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, or other mechanical-related fields.
    - At least 5 years of experience with at least 2 years at the management level related to this position.
    - Knowledge of CNC machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, air compressors, hydraulic systems, etc.

    【Prefer】
    - Good in English (Intermediate Level) or Japanese (From N2 Level)
