  ■Job summary
  As a Urban Designer, you will contribute to the planning and design of dynamic urban environments, working across a wide range of projects including city masterplans, mixed-use districts, public spaces, and community developments.
  This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to develop skills in urban analysis, design strategies, and project delivery within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  You will support senior team members in preparing drawings, models, research studies, and presentations that inform sustainable and innovative design solutions.

  -Help with architectural design projects, if necessary.
  -Attend and facilitate presentations, workshops, and project meetings.
  -Support business development efforts, including attending meetings with potential clients, listening to client briefs, preparing proposals, observing, analyzing project areas, etc.
  -Support project design management.
  -Direct with owners, other consultants and authorities to meet project objectives.
  -Liaise and/or cooperate with project team members to develop design ideas and solutions for assigned projects.
  -Coordinate efforts with related local authorities and Nikken Sekkei Group member departments.
