- Responsible for managing Production tasks

- Work to carry out product improvement activities, review quality improvement to improve product quality
- Set up processing conditions for test products to achieve product quality
- Coordinate with related departments to plan investigation/improvement of errors on test products
- Communicate with Japanese bases when necessary
- Have opportunities to communicate daily with Japanese staff and Japanese bases, creating opportunities to improve language skills
- Expect to make action plans to achieve goals

Qualifications
Requirement
＜MUST＞
- Graduated from the College with a major in electronics or chemistry
- 5 years of experience in the engineering technical department at a Japanese company
- Experienced in manufacturing, machinery, and product management
- Japanese (JLPT N3 advanced level)
<PREFER>
- Priority is given to those with experience working in technical departments (Quality Assurance Department, - Production Department, Development Department, Design Department) of Japanese companiesEnglish Level
