The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with production, design, and management teams to maintain impeccable product quality, drive continuous improvements, and uphold environmental and safety compliance.

  -Conduct incoming material inspections, in-line production checks, and final product quality assessments.
  -Perform dimensional measurements, coating thickness evaluations, and visual defect analyses.
  -Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues, facilitating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  -Maintain and analyze quality records, including inspection reports and non-conformance documentation.
  -Assist in quality audits and uphold environmental and safety standards, particularly in areas such as wastewater treatment and chemical handling.
  -Support efforts in process improvement, standardization of inspection procedures, and development of inspection tools and checklists.
  -Provide training and guidance on quality protocols to junior staff or new hires as needed.
