    - Responsible for work as a Factory Production Engineer

    - Manage production tools, equipment, and jigs.
    - Receive and distribute jigs from customers.
    - Improve and develop jigs within the factory.
    - Manage spare parts inventory.
    - Conduct maintenance and inspections of factory equipment.
    - Perform experiments and standardize work processes.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
    - Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in production engineering, equipment maintenance, jig design, or jig machining is an advantage.
    - Understanding of the operating principles of production machinery and equipment.
    - Knowledge of equipment management, maintenance, and periodic servicing.
    - Proficient in using measuring instruments and technical inspection tools.
    - Ability to read and understand technical drawings

    <SKILLS>
    - Skills in analyzing, improving, and troubleshooting issues on the production floor.
    - Capable of planning and managing materials and equipment.
    - Strong communication and coordination skills with production and maintenance teams

    <PREFERS>
    - Experience implementing ISO standards, 5S, Lean, or Kaizen in manufacturing environments.
    - Technical communication skills in English or Japanese are an advantage
