• Job Description

  One of our clients, which is a Manufacturing Company, is now looking for Purchasing Leader
  【What you will be working on】
  -Procurement Strategy & Planning
  Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  Forecast procurement needs based on production plans and sales forecasts.
  
  -Supplier Management
  Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers.
  Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
  
  -Cost Management & Negotiation
  Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
  Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  Analyze market trends and price fluctuations.
  
  -Order & Inventory Control
  Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to manage inventory levels.
  Prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
  
  -Team Leadership & Training
  Lead and supervise purchasing staff.
  Provide training and support to ensure high team performance.
  Monitor and evaluate team progress and KPI achievement.
  
  - Compliance & Documentation
  Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulations.
  Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
  Support internal and external audits as needed.
  
  -Cross-Department Coordination
  Work closely with production, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement with operational needs.
  Resolve any issues related to materials, delivery, or supplier disputes.
