【Job description】1. Project Preparation & Coordination:- Conduct project kickoffs within the Production Design System (PDS).- Perform BOM (Bill of Materials) and allocation checks.- Prepare and manage materials for production, including consumables and internal materials (e.g., tray, carrier, magazine).- Collect Station, glue, stage time information and send to IT team for maintain the SFC system.- Create CPF file according to process flow.- Coordinate the customs registration application process.2. Material Management:- Manage materials for internal production, ensuring availability of parts for various stages (finished samples, semi-finished samples).- Oversee the management and preparation of free samples (return and stock management).- Perform material requisition applications for different stages (e.g., DOE, FA).- Conduct material storage and module storage management.- Perform inventory counts (adhesive, warehouse stock) and update inventory status regularly.3.
