  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for managing projects, upgrading equipment, improving infrastructure, and supporting factory expansion and production line installation.
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  - Participate in research, management, and supervision of all departmental projects.
  - Improve and upgrade production equipment in the factory.
  - Perform repairs and improvements to workshops, and infrastructure, and address improvement requests from other departments (Kaizen).
  - Plan and implement factory construction, expansion, and installation of additional production lines for expansion.
