  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for Merchandising Manager.
  
  【Job Details】
  - Lead the sales merchandising team and collaborate with the sales / MD/ QC team of the garment/textile section to ensure business operation and achieve sales targets.
  - Well communicate and cultivate strong relationships with customers (in Japan), factories, understanding their requirements, and offering solutions to meet customers’ needs.
  - Actively prospect and generate leads to identify potential customers/business partner.
  - Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into customers.
  - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  - Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand networks.
  - Prepare and manage sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
