    Responsible for labor management for workers at the factory

    【Job description (details)】
    - Check and instruct workers if they do not follow the rule of the company (safty measure:wearing the helmet....)
    - If an employee takes a sudden leave of absence, you need to consider alternative arrangement
    - Management of Occupational Safety, Fire Prevention, Sanitation, Environment, ..
    - Propose to the Japanese Manager how to reduce the process to increase productivity andefficiency of the logistics in the factory
    - Report to Japanese Manager about the current situation of the factory
    - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Japanese: N2 intermediate level
    - At least 3 years of working experience as a Production Control
    - Having labor management experience for workers at the factory (around 10)
    - Be able to commute from home（No shuttle bus）

    <PREFER>
    - Be able to speak English
    - Having worked at Japanese companies
