    - General construction management: process creation and management, safety plan creation and management, quality control plan creation and management, budget creation and management
    - Mechanical equipment (air conditioning, sanitation, fire extinguishing, various UTY) or electrical equipment (high voltage and low voltage)
    - Air conditioning (system design, air conditioning load calculation, equipment selection, static pressure and head calculation, duct, and piping design, etc.)
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Graduated bachelor's from the mechanical field.
    - English: Intermediate level.
    - More than 5 years of experience in project management of mechanical equipment.
    - Having working experience as a site manager.

    <Prefer>
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
    - Having working experience in a Japanese construction company.
    - Having experience in warehouse and factory construction.
