    • Support the Purchasing Manager in managing domestic and international procurement activities
    • Work with the parent company and overseas partners to source and develop suppliers
    • Negotiate purchasing terms including price, delivery schedule, payment, and quality
    • Control and optimize purchasing costs (VA/VE, localization, etc.)
    • Evaluate and manage supplier performance
    • Establish and monitor departmental KPIs
    • Train and guide subordinates
    • Handle issues arising within the supply chain
    • Opportunity to be promoted to Purchasing Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing (manufacturing, industrial, ..)
    • Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills
    • Language: Proficient in Japanese (N2 up)
    • Proactive, able to work under pressure and handle problems effectively

    <Prefer>
    • Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage.
    • Management experience
    • English skills
