- Responsible for technical support, repair and maintenance to ensure stable and efficient operation.

- Linux server management: Provide technical support for Linux server system, ensure stable and efficient operation.
- Undertake the repair and maintenance of office equipment such as computers, scanners and printers.
- User support: Solve technical problems encountered by users, provide training and guidance to enhance work productivity
Database Administration: Manage, maintain, and optimize your organization's databases to ensure availability and performance
- Warehouse management: Track and update equipment in the warehouse.

Requirement
<MUST>
- Graduated from College with major in Engineering (preferably IT, electricity)
- At least 1 year working experience in IT helpdesk
- Ability to effectively solve problems and support users.
- Knowledge of SQL Server.
- Good logical thinking and problem solving ability.
- Able to work well independently and good team work
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technology.
<SKILLS>
- Computer, scanner and printer repair skills.
- Good communication skills, especially in supporting users.English Level
