• Job Description

  - All jobs related to implementation of technical system management activities of the Company's Project.
  - Hand over the project between constructor and company.
  - Make a work assignment plan for technical staff in shifts, supervise employees to perform work.
  - Make and implement the plan for the management and maintenance of the planned infrastructure of the building.
  - Draft technical standards, technical management and technical evaluation sheet for building management.
  - Prepare various forms (such as equipment inspection reports and check lists) and documents (such as standard operating procedures, master maintenance plans, implementation instructions) at each project.
  - Explain, direct and notify technical staff related to the content of forms and papers.
  - Organize regular system checks of the Building to ensure that the systems are operating efficiently, maintained and repaired according to standards
  - Participate in and supervise the activities of the Building, including the use of use of common paths, public areas, control of access to the Building, security procedures, fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation, the use of elevators, parking areas...
  - Monitoring, handing over the tenant area including managing the interior finishing of Tenants/Residents.
  - Organize and closely monitor the consumption of electricity, water, gas, oil, etc. of the Building and of the tenants/residents according to the process.
  - Work directives have been defined for each project, confirm implementation and manage progress.
  - Directing reciprocal to technical staff in case of emergency.
  - Directing, consulting and supporting the work of technical staff.
  - Professional management of technical staff.
  - Report to Japanese manager.
  - Other task will be assigned by manager.
