  - Graduating from University/College major in mechanical, manufacturing, auto-mechanical, or other relevant subjects
  - About 20 ~ 25 years old
  - Good command of spoken and written English.
  - Specification documents’ understanding.
  - Problem solving and analytical skills.
  - Honest, enthusiastic, good communication with customers, healthy, long-term working for Company.
  - High working pressure is standable and independently workable.
  - Eager to go on usual business trips to local or foreign countries (if requested)
