[Job Summary]Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plastic Moulding & Automated Vision-Inspection Operator to join our manufacturing team at our precision-engineering facility.In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection-moulding machines as well as automated vision-inspection equipment, ensuring high-quality output, efficient production flow and adherence to safety and process standards. You will collaborate closely with production engineers, quality assurance teams and maintenance staff to drive continuous improvement and maintain operational stability. This is a hands-on, stable manufacturing role where you will directly contribute to the company’s reputation for precision, reliability and excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, has a keen eye for detail, is comfortable with machine operation and inspection systems, and is committed to meeting both productivity and quality targets.[Responsibilities]-Set up and operate injection molding machines (thermoplastic resin) according to production orders, mold specifications and operating procedures.-Monitor and control mold temperatures, cycle times, material feed, robot/automatic loader (if applicable), and other parameters to ensure stable production.-Operate automatic image inspection equipment (vision inspection systems) to check molded parts for defects (e.g., flash, short-shot, warpage, discoloration, contamination).-Interpret inspection results, perform minor adjustments or stop production when non-conformities occur, and escalate issues to Quality/Process Engineer.-Record production data, machine run-time, change-over times, rejected part counts and inspection findings in the system or log sheet.-Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machines and inspection equipment (cleaning sensors, lenses, conveyors, cameras), and coordinate major maintenance with technical/maintenance team.-Perform mold changeover operations: cleaning mold, verifying mold alignment, and prepping for next production run.-Ensure compliance with 5S, safety protocols, EHS (environment, health & safety) regulations, and quality management system (ISO9001/ISO14001) standards.-Suggest improvements in production process, workflow, inspection practices, and automation use to increase yield, reduce scrap and optimize cycle time.-Work collaboratively with team members, quality assurance, process engineering and other departments to meet customer specifications and delivery schedules.-Other related tasks
