    - This project is to develop system for customer in Japan.
    - Join full life cycle of software development, including, but not limited.
     Support and make sure the communication between Vietnam and Japan teams should be conducted smoothly.
     Hand on the requirement and problem, etc.
     To communicate with Japanese.
     To do the project management like progress management etc.
     Willing to travel in Japan more than 3 months.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Job Experience
    - Must have software development experience: from Detail Design to Unit Test is indispensable.
    - Have project management experience like as progress management, project management, Quality management etc., as well as more than 2 years of experience of managing the team of more than 10 members. 2. Technical skills
    - Development language: Java, .NET.
    - Experience of Development Processes in at least: Detail Design, Coding, Unit Test.
    3. Human skills
    - Good interpersonal & teamwork skill, and take the Leadership.
    - Have sense of responsibility.
    - Capability for problem-solving.
    - Able to work under high pressure.
    4. Others:
    - Very good Japanese communication skills (equivalent to N2) or English (TOEIC 800 level)
