From Behind the Scenes to the Front Line: Hada-san’s Journey at Reeracoen Vietnam
Careers don’t always follow a straight path. Sometimes, they grow through change, adaptability, and the willingness to step into new challenges. For Hada-san, her journey at Reeracoen Vietnam is a reflection of exactly that.
💼 A Journey of Growth and Transformation
Hada-san joined Reeracoen in September 2019, starting in an HR Admin role.
Over time, she stepped out of her comfort zone and transitioned into a Career Advisor role, eventually becoming a Team Leader. She also took on additional responsibilities in internal recruitment (TA), further expanding her experience.
She describes her journey simply as: “From a behind-the-scenes supporter to a front-line player.”

🤝 Supporting Growth: For the Team and the Company
Beyond leading her team, Hada-san is also involved in internal recruitment.
Her motivation is clear: to support the growth and stability of the organization. By directly participating in hiring, she ensures that new members align with the team’s culture and values.
🌟 What Makes the Right Fit
From her experience, technical skills alone are not enough. Hada-san looks for individuals who are:
-
Willing to learn and take on challenges
-
Resilient and persistent
-
Sincere and open to feedback
These qualities, she believes, are key to long-term success in recruitment.
🌱 A Leadership Style Built on Understanding
As a Team Leader, Hada-san believes each team member is unique, like different flowers in a garden. Her approach includes:
-
Listening and observing each individual
-
Supporting through real experiences
-
Encouraging autonomy and independent thinking
Her goal is to create an environment where each person can grow and contribute in their own way.
📈 Living the Values Every Day
Rather than treating company values as principles, Hada-san sees them as daily actions. She focuses on:
-
Putting candidates and clients first
-
Respecting differences
-
Staying positive and professional
-
Continuously improving and embracing change
Her mindset is simple: Keep learning, keep improving, and never give up.
🎯 Goals for 2026
Looking ahead, Hada-san aims to build a team that is not only high-performing but also self-driven and sustainable.
Personally, she hopes to continue strengthening her leadership skills, especially in developing people and building long-term team success.
🌿 Life Beyond Work
Outside of work, Hada-san describes herself as a bit “contradictory.”
Although she was born in a coastal area, she loves mountains and hiking. And after a long hike, her favorite reward is still… seafood!

Hada-san’s journey shows that growth comes from embracing change, staying adaptable, and supporting others along the way.
