Giám sát Kho chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, điều phối và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động kho bãi nhằm đảm bảo hàng hóa được lưu trữ, xuất nhập và vận hành an toàn, chính xác và hiệu quả.
