[Job Summary]Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plastic Moulding & Automated Vision-Inspection Operator to join our manufacturing team at our precision-engineering facility.In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection-moulding machines as well as automated vision-inspection equipment, ensuring high-quality output, efficient production flow and adherence to safety and process standards. You will collaborate closely with production engineers, quality assurance teams and maintenance staff to drive continuous improvement and maintain operational stability. This is a hands-on, stable manufacturing role where you will directly contribute to the company’s reputation for precision, reliability and excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, has a keen eye for detail, is comfortable with machine operation and inspection systems, and is committed to meeting both productivity and quality targets.[Responsibilities]-Set up and operate injection molding machines (thermoplastic resin) according to production orders, mold specifications and operating procedures.-Monitor and control mold temperatures, cycle times, material feed, robot/automatic loader (if applicable), and other parameters to ensure stable production.-Operate automatic image inspection equipment (vision inspection systems) to check molded parts for defects (e.g., flash, short-shot, warpage, discoloration, contamination).-Interpret inspection results, perform minor adjustments or stop production when non-conformities occur, and escalate issues to Quality/Process Engineer.-Record production data, machine run-time, change-over times, rejected part counts and inspection findings in the system or log sheet.-Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machines and inspection equipment (cleaning sensors, lenses, conveyors, cameras), and coordinate major maintenance with technical/maintenance team.-Perform mold changeover operations: cleaning mold, verifying mold alignment, and prepping for next production run.-Ensure compliance with 5S, safety protocols, EHS (environment, health & safety) regulations, and quality management system (ISO9001/ISO14001) standards.-Suggest improvements in production process, workflow, inspection practices, and automation use to increase yield, reduce scrap and optimize cycle time.-Work collaboratively with team members, quality assurance, process engineering and other departments to meet customer specifications and delivery schedules.-Other related tasks

Thực hiện thủ tục xuất khẩu - Phối hợp với các đơn vị logistics, hãng tàu, đại lý giao nhận, cơ quan chức năng và các bên liên quan để thực hiện hoạt động xuất khẩu. - Chuẩn bị thông tin trên hệ thống phục vụ xuất hàng như tạo mã sản phẩm, kiểm tra giá bán, kiểm tra dữ liệu đơn hàng và các thông tin liên quan. - Lập, kiểm tra và hoàn thiện bộ chứng từ xuất khẩu gồm: + Commercial Invoice + Packing List + Certificate of Origin (C/O) + EUDR và các chứng từ khác theo yêu cầu của khách hàng hoặc quy định của nước nhập khẩu. - Theo dõi quá trình giao hàng, vận chuyển và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh. 4. Chăm sóc khách hàng và xử lý khiếu nại - Theo dõi tình trạng thực hiện đơn hàng từ khi tiếp nhận đến khi khách hàng nhận hàng. - Tiếp nhận, phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý khiếu nại và các vấn đề sau bán hàng. - Duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng nhằm nâng cao mức độ hài lòng và phát triển cơ hội kinh doanh. - Quản lý dữ liệu và báo cáo - Tổng hợp, theo dõi và báo cáo chi phí vận chuyển. - Theo dõi doanh số, tình trạng giao hàng và công nợ khách hàng. - Lập các báo cáo định kỳ về: - Tình trạng giao hàng. - Tồn kho phục vụ xuất khẩu. - Tiến độ thực hiện đơn hàng. - Chi phí logistics và vận chuyển. - Doanh số và các chỉ tiêu kinh doanh theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý. 5.
