<TÓM TẮT VỊ TRÍ>• Công ty đang tìm kiếm ứng viên có tinh thần chủ động, nhiệt huyết để hỗ trợ và từng bước kế nhiệm chuyên viên Trading cấp cao hiện đang phụ trách mảng kinh doanh hóa chất của Công ty.• Trong giai đoạn đầu, ứng viên sẽ làm việc với vai trò Trợ lý dưới sự hướng dẫn của nhân sự cấp cao giàu kinh nghiệm, qua đó học hỏi toàn diện về hoạt động kinh doanh hóa chất quốc tế.• Ứng viên được kỳ vọng sẽ từng bước phát triển thành nhân sự phụ trách khách hàng chính và chuyên viên Trading, có khả năng độc lập quản lý hoạt động kinh doanh với nhà cung cấp và khách hàng.• Vị trí này yêu cầu thường xuyên trao đổi và phối hợp với trụ sở chính ở nước ngoài, cũng như các nhà cung cấp và khách hàng Việt Nam/Nhật Bản.• Do đó, khả năng giao tiếp và phối hợp hiệu quả trong môi trường đa văn hóa là yếu tố cần thiết.<CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC>• Hỗ trợ thực hiện các giao dịch kinh doanh hóa chất từ khâu tiếp nhận yêu cầu, báo giá cho đến giao hàng và thanh toán.• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với nhà cung cấp, khách hàng, đơn vị logistics và các bên liên quan trong nội bộ Công ty.• Theo dõi tình hình thực hiện hợp đồng, đồng thời xác định các vấn đề, rủi ro tiềm ẩn và cơ hội kinh doanh.• Chuẩn bị, kiểm tra và quản lý các chứng từ thương mại, bao gồm: Hợp đồng mua bán / Đơn đặt hàng (Purchase Order) / Báo giá / Chứng từ vận chuyển / Chứng từ hải quan và các chứng từ liên quan.• Hỗ trợ thực hiện các thủ tục xuất nhập khẩu và điều phối hoạt động logistics.• Đảm bảo việc xử lý và luân chuyển chứng từ trong suốt quá trình giao dịch được thực hiện chính xác và đúng thời hạn.• Đóng vai trò phiên dịch và cầu nối giao tiếp giữa trụ sở chính ở nước ngoài với các nhà cung cấp và khách hàng Việt Nam/Nhật Bản.• Tham gia các cuộc họp kinh doanh và đàm phán, đồng thời thực hiện phiên dịch chính xác khi cần thiết.• Tham gia thảo luận về giá cả, các điều kiện thương mại và đàm phán kinh doanh.• Thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường và thu thập thông tin ngành liên quan đến các sản phẩm hóa chất.• Chuẩn bị báo cáo về xu hướng thị trường, hoạt động của khách hàng và các cơ hội kinh doanh.• Học hỏi trực tiếp từ Senior Trader về nghiệp vụ Trading và kỹ năng quản lý khách hàng.• Từng bước đảm nhận thêm trách nhiệm trong việc quản lý khách hàng, nhà cung cấp và các hoạt động phát triển kinh doanh.• Bên cạnh các trách nhiệm chính, ứng viên được kỳ vọng chủ động hỗ trợ các công việc và nhiệm vụ khác do Công ty phân công.• Phối hợp hiệu quả với đồng nghiệp trong bộ phận, các phòng ban khác và các thành viên thuộc Chi nhánh TP.
