Lưu trữ & Quản lý hồ sơ- Duy trì hệ thống lưu trữ kép — bản mềm và bản cứng — được sắp xếp theo nhà cung cấp, ngày giao hàng và tỉnh;đảm bảo tất cả hồ sơ đầy đủ và có thể truy xuất ngay.- Chuẩn bị và sắp xếp bộ hồ sơ cho quy trình thanh toán nhà cung cấp hàng tháng và nộp cho bộ phận tài chính đúnglịch.5. Hỗ trợ Kiểm toán- Tổng hợp và sắp xếp bộ hồ sơ kiểm toán đầy đủ — bao gồm danh mục tài liệu, bảng kiểm tra và hồ sơ hành động khắcphục — cho các kỳ kiểm toán FSC hàng năm và bất kỳ đợt kiểm tra pháp lý nào.- Chủ động xác định các lỗ hổng hoặc vấn đề hồ sơ lặp lại và báo cáo cho quản lý để cải tiến quy trình.5. Giao tiếp với Nhà cung cấp- Giao tiếp rõ ràng và chuyên nghiệp với nhà cung cấp về yêu cầu hồ sơ, các mục còn thiếu và yêu cầu chỉnh sửa.- Hướng dẫn nhà cung cấp về định dạng và nội dung đúng của các tài liệu yêu cầu để cải thiện độ chính xác ngay từ lầnnộp đầu tiên.-

1. Position overview.- In this role, you will be the on-the-ground IT and security operator for ASV, taking direction from Global IT (GIT) and Global Security & Infrastructure Services (GSIS) on policy, standards, and tooling, and accountable for implementing those standards locally to keep the office, users, and infrastructure functioning, secure, and compliant. You will also be the company side liaison for the factory security assurance program led by GSIS, sustaining the operational momentum needed for factories to remediate security findings raised by group.2.
