【Job description】- Performing timekeeping and salary calculation for employees.- Carrying out procedures related to social insurance, and health insurance.- Participate in receiving new employees, developing documents, job descriptions,- Performs the job in the accounting department such as: issuing VAT invoices, inventory monitoring and inputting data into accounting software.- Entries the data accounting transactions, ensuring that the general ledger monthly checked and recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law (VAS) and to company requirements.- Interpreting between Japanese Managers and Vietnamese employees in meetings, factory sites, and any case.- Translating Japanese-Vietnamese documents- Editing the content of the document.- Talking to others clearly to convey information effectively.- Other tasks will asked by the Japanese Manager.
