<Job Summary>One of our clients, which is a Japanese manufacturing firm is looking for "QA/QC Engineer".They have established a new factory, which will be up and running.As an EPE company, they export products produced in Vietnam to Japan and other foreign countries.<Product>Lost wax precision casting, metal injection molding parts, ceramic injection molding parts, FRP injection parts<Job Description>1. Quality inspection and analysis of products and processes - Conducts sampling inspections and final product inspections during the manufacturing process based on product inspection standards - Prepare quality reports based on test and inspection results and report them to the Japanese director and related departments - Collect and statistically analyze quality inspection data to assist in tracking causes of defects and identifying trends.2. Establish and improve quality standards and inspection procedures - Develop and update inspection procedures, check sheets, and quality standards according to products and processes - Provide education and guidance on quality policies and rules to ensure that quality standards permeate the company - Promote work standardization in each process to stabilize quality3. Investigate causes of defective products and implement countermeasures - Lead investigation of the causes of defective products and on-site response when they occur, and promptly implement corrective measures - Formulate and implement improvement measures to prevent recurrence, and support standardization - Promote continuous quality improvement activities by coordinating improvement projects with other departments4. Response to customer complaints and feedback - Respond to customer complaints, prepare reports on product defects, and investigate causes - Report improvement proposals and proposed countermeasures to customers and contribute to customer satisfaction - Discuss quality improvement with customers and suppliers and promote improvement plans5. Collection, analysis and reporting of quality data - Organize data based on inspection results from each process to visualize the quality status of the entire process - Propose and implement quality improvement plans based on information obtained from data analysis - Prepare quality reports and KPI and report to the Japanese director6. Quality control project - Participate in projects aimed at quality improvement (process improvement, waste reduction) - Support and update activities in accordance with quality management systems such as ISO9001
