- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and negotiate contracts.- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies for software products and IT outsourcing services in the Japanese market.- Actively seek new sales leads and opportunities, including presentations and proposal preparation.- Coordinate with delivery teams and other departments to ensure project success.- Act as the main point of contact for problem-solving during project execution.

- Support your team on below tasks:+ Researching candidate's information and matching jobs for candidates;+ Posting job vacant positions in advertisements;+ Scouting Candidate, screening the Resume (CV) of candidates, and pre-interview by cold call;+ Inviting candidates and setting interviews for Career Advisors (internal);+ Encoding candidates' data in the company's system;+ Doing reports relating to the recruitment process;+ Doing assigned tasks by Team Leader and Manager
