Chiến lược và Quản trị điều hànho Xây dựng, triển khai và giám sát thực hiện chiến lược phát triển toàn diện của công ty.o Tổ chức điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh, tài chính, nhân sự và quản lý rủi ro.o Báo cáo định kỳ với Hội đồng Quản trị về hoạt động và kết quả kinh doanh.2. Quản lý sản xuất và chất lượngo Giám sát quy trình sản xuất sữa đảm bảo tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt tiêu chuẩn an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm (ISO, HACCP…).o Đảm bảo công nghệ và dây chuyền sản xuất luôn được cải tiến, hiện đại hóa nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.3. Kinh doanh và Phát triển thị trườngo Thiết lập kế hoạch mở rộng thị trường trong nước và quốc tế.o Định hướng chiến lược tiếp thị, bán hàng, phân phối và quản lý thương hiệu.o Xây dựng các mối quan hệ chiến lược với đối tác phân phối, đại lý, chuỗi siêu thị, bệnh viện và nhà thuốc.4.
