【Job Summary】- Responsible as a manager of technical plan.【Job description】1. Product improvement and on-site confirmation activities- Conduct product improvement activities.- Summarize and evaluate inspection results for improvement purposes and create reports.- Implement improvements and verify their effectiveness.2. Supplier guidance and management- Manage the progress of processes, samples, and specifications.- Confirm and control the accuracy of raw materials and PO transactions.3. Supplier selection and evaluation- Evaluate and select suppliers.- Introduce new suppliers through site visits and assess their processing capabilities.- Conduct supplier audits and create evaluation reports.4. Quality improvement activities- Implement measures to prevent defects.- Analyze and review defect trends and propose countermeasures.- Confirm the effectiveness of implemented measures.5. QMS (Quality Management System) improvement and operational management- Operate and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).- Conduct internal audits and quality control activities.6. Preparation of business-related documents- Create documents related to work improvement.- Summarize and report issues to the company.7. Coordination and internal reporting- Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments.- Report issues to superiors and propose solutions.8. Support for cost reduction activities- Conduct cost analysis and implement reduction measures.9. This position will be assigned to Sales Department, - Visit new clients with the distributors and provide technical presentations, explanations of the products.- Make appointments and visit existing clients to provide technical advice related to product inquiries, perform product testing.- Developing and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients in Vietnam (Mainly in Hanoi area)- Provide good after-sales service, Cooperating with distributors- Securing new business and providing good after sales service- Other tasks as assigned by the manager- Reporting to Vietnam & Japanese GM in Thailand
