  ＜Job summary＞
  A leading Japanese industrial packaging manufacturer operating in Vietnam is seeking a dedicated practitioner to lead its quality inspection activities. The company specializes in producing high-precision transport trays for major corporate clients. The hired leader will manage a team of inspectors, overseeing direct manual quality checks and floor operations. This role offers hands-on operational leadership and solid career growth.
  
  ＜Responsibilities＞
  -Lead and supervise a dedicated team of inspection staff on the factory floor
  -Perform direct hands-on manual inspection tasks to ensure strict product quality standards
  -Direct daily work assignments and monitor task execution across the inspection line
  -Inspect precision transport trays to prevent defects and ensure client specifications are met
  -Implement floor-level quality improvements and continuous inspection process enhancements
  -Monitor daily operational efficiency and report quality metrics to management
  -Identify non-conforming products promptly and execute proper corrective action procedures
  -Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and clean organization practices
  -Maintain continuous communication and operational coordination with factory leadership
  -Other related duties as assigned
