  ＜Job summary＞
  A leading global audio equipment manufacturer is expanding its manufacturing subsidiary in Dong Nai to strengthen production capacity. The company seeks a skilled engineer to lead process design, production line setup, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a vital role in optimizing manufacturing efficiency and quality standards.   ＜Responsibilities＞
  - Evaluate process capability and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) while optimizing process parameters and conducting DFM/DFA reviews
  - Design assembly line layouts, workstation arrangements, and line balancing to create efficient production lines
  - Collaborate with equipment engineers to define specifications for tools, fixtures, and machinery
  - Execute line validation, trials, and Cpk evaluations during engineering builds and pre-production stages
  - Prepare and manage technical documentation including Process Flowcharts, PFMEA, Control Plans, and ECN/ECO records
  - Conduct root cause analysis using 5-Why and Fishbone diagrams to resolve production defects and reduce failure rates
  - Ensure readiness of materials, tools, equipment, documentation, and trained manpower prior to production runs
  - Drive Kaizen initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, cost efficiency, manpower savings, and yield optimization
  - Maintain effective communication and alignment with cross-functional departments
  - Other related duties as assigned
