  <Job Summary>
  Translate between Japanese managers and local staff within the assigned accounting department, support daily accounting operations, and report on organizational/workplace situations to management.
  
  <Detail>
  - Perform daily accounting tasks under guidance (Bookkeeping, document checking, and supporting routine financial tasks)
  - Translate documents, reports, and communications between Japanese managers and Vietnamese staff
  - Interpret during internal meetings and daily operational discussions
  - Monitor, summarize, and report on the working situation and status of department staff/workers to the Manager
  - Handle other accounting support and operational tasks as assigned by the Manager
