  【Job Summary】
  A foreign-invested property development and facility management company is seeking a qualified Building Management Executive in Hanoi. The company operates modern commercial office space and provides high-standard building management services to various corporate tenants. The role will be responsible for overseeing overall facility operations, technical maintenance, and coordination with various sub-contractors.
  
  The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in MEP systems and hands-on experience in building operation. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, and cleaning teams to maintain high facility quality and tenant satisfaction.   【Responsibilities】
  -Inspect, operate, and maintain building technical systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
  -Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure continuous and safe building operations.
  -Oversee and coordinate with third-party contractors for construction, repair, and renovation works.
  -Prepare and manage necessary operational documentation and records for building management.
  -Supervise daily site operations involving engineering, security, cleaning, and quality control staff.
  -Monitor fit-out and interior construction works conducted by tenants or external contractors.
  -Utilize Auto CAD and Office software to prepare technical reports and operational plans.
  -Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire protection regulations, and building policies.
  -Communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and tenants to resolve technical issues promptly.
  -Other related tasks assigned by the Building Management Manager.
