  【Job Summary】
  The company specializes in design and construction for industrial factories, warehouses, and corporate facilities across Vietnam.
  With a strong focus on high construction standards and direct site management, the firm has earned a solid reputation among international and Japanese manufacturers expanding their operational footprints. In this position, the successful candidate will play a vital role in leading architectural design, technical drawing preparation, and project estimation for commercial clients. Working alongside experienced Japanese leadership, you will communicate directly with clients to translate their operational requirements into functional, cost-effective architectural plans.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Develop architectural design plans and structural layouts for industrial factories and warehouses.
  -Conduct client meetings to gather project requirements and present design proposals.
  -Prepare and modify detailed 2D/3D architectural CAD drawings according to project specifications.
  -Create Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for cost estimation and project bidding processes.
  -Request and analyze quotations from subcontractors and material vendors.
  -Coordinate with MEP and structural engineering teams to ensure technical alignment.
  -Review design proposals against local Vietnamese construction laws and building regulations.
  -Assist site management teams during the construction phase to resolve design inquiries.
  -Manage design documentation, technical files, and client revision histories systematically.
  -Other related tasks.
