  【Job Description 】
  - Role: 3D Animation Designer / Motion Artist
  - Project Scope: Production of high-quality 3D character motions and animations for Japanese video games.
  
  Key Tasks:
  - Create high-quality, realistic, and expressive character animations using manual animation methods (Hand-Key Animation).
  - Design and execute dynamic, fluid motions specifically for action and combat scenes according to project requirements.
  - Animate non-bipedal characters, such as four-legged monsters and creatures, ensuring natural and impactful movement.
  - Import, edit, and clean up Motion Capture data to meet required artistic standards.
  - Implement, test, and integrate completed animations into game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine to ensure seamless in-game performance.
  - Review and interpret design requirements from the Japanese headquarters to ensure alignment with strict project standards and the spirit of "paying attention to every detail".
  - Work closely with the Japanese Manager (via an interpreter) and collaborate proactively with team members to ensure smooth implementation within the game development pipeline.
  - Provide guidance and constructive feedback to young staff and junior animators to enhance the overall professional skills of the team.
