【Job Summary】We are seeking an experienced Accounting Leader to lead our internal financial management under the Administration Department. Unlike standard tax-focused roles, the primary mission of this position is Managerial Accounting consolidating internal financial information and preparing internal financial statements based on the company's proprietary formats and guidelines for the executive board. As a leader, you will manage one senior accounting staff member while maintaining smooth information sharing with an external accounting firm that handles routine tax declarations.This position provides direct access to top management and offers a stable, long-term career path within a flourishing manufacturing business.【Responsibilities】-Consolidate and manage internal financial data as the Accounting Leader to create internal financial statements for the executive board.-Input and track company financial information monthly, generating clear numerical reports for the Japanese General Director.-Oversee and verify data entries performed by the senior internal accounting staff member.-Coordinate smoothly with the contracted external accounting firm, supplying them with red invoices and data for official tax processing.-Act as the key contact point for the Japanese General Director regarding detailed financial queries and strategic accounting data.-Ensure that the factory's accounting processes adhere to internal corporate standards and Vietnamese regulations.-Utilize "MISA" accounting software effectively to manage daily workflows and streamline reporting.-Prepare for future compliance requirements by maintaining or working towards official statutory regulations in Vietnam.-Reduce the administrative burden on the Department Director through effective self-management and reliable data control.-Other related tasks as assigned by the management to ensure the division’s operational stability.【Company/Job Attraction】-Opportunity to take a leadership role in a stable Japanese manufacturing company with long-term business growth in Vietnam.-Previous bonus performance: approximately 2–3 months’salary per year
