【Job Summary】
The company is a prestigious Japanese food manufacturer recognized globally for its high-quality processed foods and commitment to culinary innovation. They are currently launching a dynamic new business division in Vietnam centered around the commercial sale of premium soup bases to the restaurant sector. This position represents a unique opportunity to be the very first sales member to pioneer this exciting project and establish the brand's presence in the market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for B2B sales, specifically targeting restaurants and food service providers to propose specialized soup solutions. Rather than just selling a finished product, the role involves understanding each client's specific taste profiles and recommending customized processing or recipe applications using the company's pure bone broth. This position requires a blend of professional sales acumen and a genuine passion for cooking to drive new business growth.
【Responsibilities】
- Conduct B2B sales activities to promote the new commercial soup product to restaurants and food service clients.
- Approach potential clients, present product features, and identify new business opportunities in the market.
- Listen to clients' culinary requirements and propose customized soup adjustments, processing methods, and recipe ideas.
- Conduct product demonstrations and taste-testing sessions for professional chefs and restaurant owners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients in the food service industry.
- Gather market feedback and restaurant trends to report to the management team for product improvement.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to delivery coordination and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and delivery meet client expectations.
- Develop sales channels and strategies as the pioneering member of this new business division.
- Other related tasks assigned by the management.

任职资格
<Must>
- Around 2 years of B2B sales experience (in any industry).
- A genuine love and passion for cooking.
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate level
- English: Conversational level
- Strong interest in food culture and restaurant operations. Ability to think creatively about food processing and taste customization.
<Prefer>
- Experience working in a Japanese restaurant (especially a ramen shop) in Japan.
- Sales experience within the food service or B2B food industry in Vietnam.英文
