  <Responsible>
  You will be working as a Manufacturing Senior Staff in the Japanese Manufacturing Factory.
  They handle everything from textile processing to the integration of electric heating elements and controllers.
  They have a top-class market share in Japan's household electric heating equipment (electric blankets, heated carpets, etc.)
  
  <Detail>
  - Appropriately allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and raw materials.
  - Manage and track employee work efficiency and utilization rates.
  - Develop daily production plans and monitor production volume and defect rates in the production process.
  - Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with technical and quality standards.
  - Identify, address, and improve problems that occur in the production process (5S, safety and health, production capacity, customer complaints, etc.).
  - Supervise inventory operations and compile and report various data.
  - Promote continuous quality improvement activities and implement employee training and evaluation.
  - Participate in various meetings and carry out instructions from superiors.
  - Report production results to management and be able to cope with operational pressures.
  - Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
