  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking an experienced and proactive QC & QA Leader to oversee quality control and quality assurance operations within a manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality standards, managing inspection teams, and driving continuous improvement activities across production processes.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Oversee daily QC and QA operations within the manufacturing site
  -Manage and supervise a team of approximately 8–10 inspection workers
  -Conduct in-process inspections, final inspections, and quality verification activities
  -Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
  -Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality
  -Review and manage quality-related documentation and reports
  -Support internal audits and customer audits
  -Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
  -Participate in meetings and communicate with Japanese management in Japanese
  -Other related tasks.
