  - We appreciate good Japanese communicational skills, as well as basic read-and-write English, since this job is mainly about coordinating and confirming with different parties.
  - It takes some time working under the guidance and supervision of the mentor, in order to fully absorb the know-how of shoemaking. Therefore, we welcome those who are willing to learn and aim at a long-term career at our company.
  • Review quality requirements during the product development stage, identify potential issues, and propose effective improvements
  • Evaluate new materials and new production methods, and assess their suitability for mass production
  • Conduct verification and testing during the prototyping phase before mass production launch
  • Perform quality checks and provide improvement guidance across manufacturing processes (materials, cutting, stitching, molding, finishing)
  • Investigate the root causes of defects and develop and implement measures to prevent recurrence
  • Lead quality improvement and process optimization activities at production sites
  • Prepare and update quality standards, inspection guidelines, SOP(Standard Operating Procedures), and related documentation
  • Communicate with overseas manufacturing partners (China, Indonesia, India, Brazil, etc.) regarding quality matters
  • Collaborate closely with internal-related departments, headquarters, and overseas sales offices to share quality issues and develop solutions
