【Job summary】Seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Hanoi office, focusing on new business development within the logistics industry. This role is primarily responsible for acquiring new forwarding business, rather than handling operational forwarding tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the customer base by identifying and securing new clients who require international logistics and shipping solutions.The position places a strong emphasis on ocean freight services, particularly for export and import shipments. You will be expected to approach potential customers such as manufacturers, trading companies, and other businesses engaged in cross-border trade, understand their logistics needs, and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with internal teams. A solid understanding of ocean freight structures and general logistics flows will be important in building credibility with clients and effectively positioning the company’s services.This is a hunter-style sales role that requires strong prospecting skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships from scratch. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, comfortable with cold calling and client visits, and driven to achieve sales targets.
