【Job Summary】
Our client is a Japanese-affiliated trading company specializing in premium frozen seafood imported directly from Japan. As a subsidiary of a prestigious listed group, they provide high-quality products like salmon and scallops to the Vietnamese market. They are currently seeking a proactive Sales Staff to join their growing team and drive business expansion across the region.
The successful candidate will focus primarily on new business development, targeting restaurants and supermarkets to establish a robust customer base. We are looking for a result-oriented individual with a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for the food industry. You will work closely with Japanese management in a dynamic, startup-like environment that rewards honesty and a proactive mindset.
【Responsibilities】
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels to expand the customer base.
- Conduct cold calls and set up appointments with potential B2B clients
- Visit clients to present product portfolios and build long-term relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations and contracts to customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for order handling and delivery.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Other related tasks as assigned by the General Director.

资格
任职资格
<Must>
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Vietnam (handling tangible products).
- English:Intermediate level (written and verbal)
- Strong KPI-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to travel occasionally.
<Prefer>
- Japanese proficiency (N2 level or above).
- Prior experience in the seafood or food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of selling to restaurants, hotels, or supermarkets (HORECA channel).
- Experience in a startup or Japanese-affiliated company.英文
