  ■ Job Summary
  This position is an exceptionally rewarding role for a future leader at the local subsidiary of a major Japanese construction group in Vietnam. While the current organization is young and vibrant, we are seeking a leader who can bridge the gap between Japanese clients and on-site management to drive further growth. As the right-hand person to the General Director, you will experience the direct impact of building an organization while connecting Japanese construction technology with the Vietnamese market. This is more than just site management; you will be involved in everything from project acquisition to organizational operations, significantly enhancing your market value.   ■ Main responsibilities
  - Manage construction projects and schedules primarily for Japanese clients
  - Handle business communication and coordination in Japanese with the parent company and clients
  - Provide instructions, training, and management to on-site staff members
  - Review construction drawings and ensure strict adherence to quality control standards
  - Establish safety management systems and conduct on-site safety guidance
  - Manage project budgets and propose cost-reduction initiatives
  - Support sales activities and prepare quotations to acquire new projects
  - Negotiate, select, and build relationships with local subcontractors
  - Prepare project progress reports in both Japanese and Vietnamese
  - Attend regular meetings with the Director and stakeholders to report progress
  - Other related tasks as assigned by management
