  【Job Summary】
  - Providing quality control support for food products (seafood, frozen fruits, spices, dried foods) manufactured at partner factories in Vietnam.
  
  【Job description】(details)
  - Working with factories to develop new products based on company and customer requirements.
  - Checking documentation, certifications, standards, test results, production processes, ingredients, etc., to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  - Coordinating with partner factories in Vietnam and the QA department (Japan) to inspect finished products, raw materials, and production processes.
  - Reviewing HACCP documents and other food quality and safety documents.
  - Assisting the company in participating in the evaluation of new factories, auditing production/quality control of orders at partner factories to ensure finished products meet specifications, quality standards, and minimize defects and non-conforming products.
  - Assisting QA in managing customer complaints and coordinating with partner factories to ensure appropriate actions and preventive measures are taken to prevent recurrence. - Prepare reports and summaries related to work and as required.
  - Contribute to the establishment and implementation of quality control procedures and standards for the company's products.
  - Establish good relationships with the company's partner factories.
  - Other related tasks as assigned.
