  【Job Summary】
  This is an exciting opportunity for an R&D Engineer to join a well-established Japanese trading company.
  The company specializes in high-quality industrial supplies, including cutting tools, electronic components, and automated machinery, supporting the backbone of the manufacturing industry.

  【Main Responsibilities】
  -Manage suppliers within the existing outsourced machined parts business.
  -Monitor and control project progress and delivery schedules.
  -Propose and implement continuous improvement activities (e.g., QC processes) for suppliers.
  -Coordinate technical requirements between overseas group companies and outsourced manufacturers.
  -Provide technical support for Factory Automation (FA) projects.
  -Assist in concept planning and verification of technical specifications for FA projects.
  -Engage in technical discussions with customers to identify their specific needs.
  -Review design contents, validate technical feasibility, and manage technical risks.
  -Identify and visit potential manufacturers for new product development opportunities.
  -Finalize technical specifications and product requirements with business partners.
  -Support prototype evaluation, technical validation, and improvement proposals.
  -Address technical issues and participate in internal continuous improvement initiatives.
  -Other related tasks as assigned
