【業務内容】
・物件調査の実施:商圏分析、ショッピングセンター視察、顧客およびテナント分析、売上予測、既存店舗との比較、損益計算
・オーナーとの交渉:条件提案、契約交渉、工事区分や資産区分の協議、競合分析
・新規出店サポート:販促活動、オーナーとの調整、メディア対応
・既存店舗サポート:SNSプロモーション、他部署との連携
・上司から指示されたその他業務

【必須要件】
・4年制以上の大学を卒業している方(ただし高校卒業の場合は関連実務経験3年以上で応募可)
・英語:ビジネスレベル程度(TOEIC600点以上が望ましい)
・小売業界での不動産開発経験、または不動産会社での実務経験3年以上
