  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Liquid Painting / Powder Coating Staff to join our production team.
  A precision sheet metal processing and surface finishing manufacturer. The successful candidate will perform both liquid paint and powder coating operations, ensuring high-quality surface protection and finish on metal parts and assemblies. This role is critical in maintaining consistent coating standards to meet internal quality requirements and customer expectations.
  
  This is a precision sheet metal processing manufacturer offering a broad range of production services including laser processing, bending, welding, surface treatment, and finishing processes such as powder coating and liquid painting. The company leverages integrated production lines to deliver high-quality parts for various industries, focusing on superior craftsmanship and responsiveness to customer requirements. As part of the team, the Liquid Painting / Powder Coating Staff plays a key role in guaranteeing the durability and appearance of coated components across production batches.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Prepare metal parts for coating by cleaning, masking, and ensuring appropriate surface conditions prior to application.
  -Apply liquid paint and powder coating using manual and semi-automatic application systems according to standard operating procedures.
  -Set up, operate, and maintain coating booths, ovens, and drying equipment safely and efficiently.
  -Monitor coating thickness, cure performance, and surface finish quality; make adjustments to achieve desired results.
  -Conduct visual and instrument-based inspections of coated products to identify defects (e.g., runs, orange peel, uneven color).
  -Document production data such as batch numbers, materials used, cycle times, and quality inspection results.
  -Collaborate with quality control and production teams to resolve coating issues and implement corrective actions.
  -Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coating work area, including proper handling of paints, powders, and solvents.
  -Follow all safety, environmental, and quality standards in coating operations, including proper disposal of waste and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  -Attend training sessions to enhance coating techniques and stay current with best practices.
